I'm Jorge — a hands-on platform and DevOps engineer with 12+ years of experience building and running production systems end to end: infrastructure, delivery pipelines, security and the services on top. At Co2Offset.ai I designed and built the AWS infrastructure (ECS / Fargate, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM; Kubernetes with Helm; Terraform multi-environment; Ansible) behind the data pipeline that passed the Bureau Veritas audit and unlocked €2.5M of business, under SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Three years inside the European Central Bank's enterprise environment and CI/CD at the European Commission. Today I run my own production platforms on Docker, Linux and Terraform with test-gated pipelines, least-privilege deploys and health-checked services.

Founder & Full-Stack Engineer — Go backend aggregating seven event sources into one JSON / GeoJSON API at api.after.zone (58,000+ events, 3,100+ cities) with TTL stale-while-revalidate caching and a public health endpoint; test-gated linux/amd64 Docker builds, a Next.js ops console and an MCP tool so AI agents monitor ingestion.

E-commerce Operations & Platform Lead — built and ran the production backend (9,600+ SKUs, 29,000+ images, five languages, 200+ collections, 100+ API endpoints, 50+ automation flows) in Docker on a Linux VPS: API gateway for the mobile apps, Firebase Google Sign-In federated into backend sessions, hardened payment webhooks with constant-time key comparison and anti-replay, idempotent ERP invoicing and atomic reservations — sole release coordinator across six external parties.
